 -they had a story with the P.I. as the source

- P.I. is now claiming (to others) that there was a 'miscommunication' and he was 'just repeating what he had heard on TV'

- the station that did the story has tried to contact him to followup and he's radio silent -now everyone says they should retract the story.

Maybe it's just my suspicious mind but it smells like someone has threatened the P.I. and told him to shut up.

lot of weirdness surrounding all this.
