It started as a quick pit stop -- a change of tyres if you like -- but then they decided to rebuild the entire engine and entirely from new parts made from freshly mined, smelted, and milled metal ores from the distant moons of Jupiter....

What am I talking about? The so-called "renovation" of AltRight.com, which we were originally told would be offline for just a day or two. 

Then it was "next week," and now, several weeks later, it's "whenever..." or "go grow a beard, watch a tree grow, and we'll get back to you..."

Really, it's a big disgrace that the flagship site of the Alt-Right -- and Richard Spencer's personal online home -- has been down for this long. Also, not much in the way of updates to the public and paywall donors.

Because of the delays and general slowness of the process, one can't help being reminded of the first print edition of Radix Journal that came out in 2013 after months and months of delays. Well worth waiting for, but some readers lost their eyesight waiting for it due to old age.

The relaunch of AltRight.com is now firmly in Radix territory, suggesting that whoever is in charge should get the lead out their ass and get a f**kin' move on.
